TNSP Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps
Horizontal shaft, single-stage, end-suction centrifugal pumps for industrial and building water transfer. Designed for clean or lightly contaminated liquids without corrosive substances or large solids.
Desan Engineering TNSP series pumps are suitable for pumping liquids that do not contain corrosive substances or large solid particles. They are single-stage, horizontal shaft, volute casing, end-suction closed impeller centrifugal pumps.
Construction & service
- Coupling connection between motor shaft and pump shaft
- Suction and discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092-2 / PN 16
- Soft packing is used for sealing in series production; mechanical seal available on request
- Easy-disassembly design: packing box, pump shaft, bearing housing and impeller can be removed without disconnecting the volute from the system
- Rotation is counter-clockwise when viewed from the suction side
- Bearing housings are lubricated from the outside; oil indicator on the bearing housing
Pump materials and packing may change depending on liquid density, operating temperature and pressure. Casing and impeller can be produced in bronze or stainless steel for custom duty.

Operating ranges
Performance curves are published for approximately 1,450 rpm and 2,900 rpm bands across multiple DN / impeller combinations (e.g. 32-125 through 150-400 class models).
Envelope summary: flow up to 1,200 m³/h, head up to 160 m, speeds up to 3,600 rpm.
