Desan Engineering TPPS / TPPH stainless boosters are high-pressure, quiet, compact, low power-consumption in-line pumps. All surfaces in contact with the liquid are stainless steel.

Suitable for non-abrasive, clean or slightly dirty, low-viscosity liquids without solid particles or fibers. Bearing is provided with tungsten carbide sleeve bearings. Vertical structure saves space.

Booster packages

  • Standard vertical sets: single, double or triple pumps; up to 6 pumps on request
  • Single-pump: water level float; three-phase units include phase control (FKS)
  • Multi-pump: rotation change, phase control and liquid level control as standard
  • Automatic / manual modes; quality panel components
  • IEC 60034-30 high-efficiency motors
  • Optional stainless valves, check valves and frames; optional VFD / frequency control
  • From 11 kW upward, frame in NPU iron construction
  • Mechanical seal standard; alternate seals/materials on request

Parallel operation
Connecting several pumps in parallel suits variable flow better than one large pump and keeps partial capacity available if one unit fails.

Minimum inlet pressure (NPSH)
To avoid cavitation, ensure adequate inlet head. Maximum suction lift can be estimated as:
H = Pb×10.2 − NPSH − Hf − Hv − Hs
(Pb atmospheric or system pressure; Hs safety ≥ 0.5 m). Positive H → suction lift possible; negative H → positive inlet head required.
