Desan Engineering hot oil / heat-transfer pumps are suitable for heat transfer oils and low-viscosity industrial oils that do not contain abrasive particles.

Horizontal shaft, single-stage volute, end-suction closed impeller centrifugal pumps with back pull-out design: bearing group, seal box, shaft and impeller can be removed without separating the volute from the pipeline.

Highlights

  • Natural air circulation provides temperature drop from casing toward bearings
  • Radially closed impellers with radial vanes to balance axial force and reduce seal pressure
  • High-temperature single mechanical seal
  • Grease-lubricated bearings as standard
  • Typical use above 100 °C in chemical, petrochemical and food processing heat-transfer circuits
Parameter Value
Discharge flange DN 32 – DN 150
Flow rate (Q) Up to 550 m³/h
Head (H) Up to 105 m
Cooling Air-cooled (casing → bearings)
Operating temperature Up to +350 °C
Casing pressure (Pmax) 10 – 16 bar
Seal High-temperature mechanical seal
Bearings Grease-lubricated (standard)
Design Back pull-out, end-suction
Application Heat transfer / hot oil
