These liquid drainers discharge condensate from gas and air lines. A float and lever open the orifice as liquid collects and close it again when air returns

These liquid drainers discharge condensate collected in gas and air lines. Air or other gases fill the body and hold the float down so the orifice stays closed. When the gas cools and condenses, the liquid lifts the float, the lever opens the orifice and the water is discharged. When air returns the orifice closes again. The cycle is automatic.

Installation
- Do not use elbows on the inlet line. Fit an isolating valve so the drainer can be removed for cleaning.
- Vertical mounting is possible.
