Liquid Drainer for Air Circuits
This drainer discharges liquids collected in gas and air lines. A float and lever open the orifice as condensate forms and close it when air returns.
Share
This drainer ensures the discharge of liquids in gas and air lines. The liquid discharge process takes place with a float and the lever arm attached to it. Air or other gases start to fill the device inside the liquid dispenser body. The air and gases filled on the float apply a downward force to the float and ensure that the orifice is closed. Air and gases inside the body cool down after a while
And therefore it starts to condense, the water formed exerts an upward force on the float and thus the lever arm and the ball orifice connected to it are opened. Thus, the water formed is discharged. It ensures that the orifice is closed when air comes back. Air tightness is provided. This cycle continues automatically
Applications – Compressors
- Air Tanks
- Air Separators
- Air Pockets
- Air Collectors
- Installation – Do not use elbows on entry lines. Use a valve in front of the inlet so you can isolate the liquid extruder from the system for repair and cleaning.
